Nasal Wash

We wash our hands so that our hands are clean. We do this in order to avoid most of bacteria and viruses that we get from touching other things.

We can also do this in our nose. Everyday, we travel and we are exposed to dust, smoke and chemicals. Our nose filter them all. If our nose filtered some dust or smoke, our nose secretes some mucus. This mucus can be blown out of our nose. This is how our nose keeps our lungs clean. But today, our environment is too dirty and polluted. Our nose needs help.

The only solution is to have a nasal wash. It is easy to perform a nasal wash. All you need is clear warm water and salt. You will use a dropper for this nasal wash. Mix the salt and warm water. Fill the dropper with the mixture. Squirt the mixture into your nostrils. This will not be painful. It is very comfortable. Now, when the mixture touches the inside part of your nostrils, you just need to face down and the mixture will come out of your nose with some clear mucus. Do this everyday to keep your nose clean.

After each nasal wash, you will feel better. You can also do this even if you have colds. You can have a nasal wash instead of blowing hard on your nose. Blowing hard can damage your eardrums or your nose itself which can result to bleeding.
